Summary

From concept to execution, I drove the product design vision, execution, and evolution of the Buddies mobile experience — a single digital destination to help pet parents better understand their pet’s unique health and wellness needs through personalized content, trusted advice, and a supportive community.

Summary

Over the last 3 years, I led the product design team for our Northeast region, reuniting our team after the impacts of the Covid 19 pandemic, setting a clear team mission, shepherding forward new craft centers of excellence, and supporting meaningful growth for both the team and individuals.

PRODUCT DESIGN

Shaping the future of streaming for the pioneer of TV entertainment shopping.

My team was brought in to help this client transform their existing streaming app experience. I led a 12-week discovery where we completed 25 consumer interviews, launched 6 in-market digital ad experiments, defined 2 new target personas, and generated 5 different digital product experience concepts for validation testing. At the end of the 12-weeks, we delivered a detailed future vision smart TV app and mobile experience with a set of 4 prioritized features for an alpha release.

We are now working towards our alpha release of the product, planned for 2025.

  • Led a local team of 4 product designers and researchers during 12-week discovery

  • Currently leading a global team of 12 product designers and researchers to build the alpha release

  • My team’s product vision contributed to a multi-million dollar, multi-year investment by the client to build the vision

  • Organized the team’s ability to test and learn quickly, setting up A/B testing tools and establishing a regular test cadence that aligned with development

  • Tracking design tasks in Jira, allowing us to estimate design effort and forecast required headcount
